He later founded a successful professional services company focused on Magento, scaling it to an 80-person team with annual revenues exceeding $1 million. A recognized thought leader, Idrees is a podcast host, a board member of the Magento Association Election Committee, and a frequent speaker at international e-commerce events. Now, he is leading the Ecommerce Agent to revolutionize e-commerce backend operations through AI.

Ali is a certified Magento and Salesforce expert with over seven years of experience designing tailored e-commerce solutions. Having worked with over 100 merchants, he has a deep understanding of operational pain points and technical challenges. Ali has represented the team at Meet Magento UK, showcasing his expertise on a global stage. As the technical lead of the Ecommerce Agent, Ali is driving its development to ensure scalability and seamless platform integration.
